New Teacher Quote regarding the Taste of Tech series:
As a new teacher, technology can play a large part in my students' learning. It was very helpful to attend the Taste of Tech events to see what others in the profession recommend. One program I learned about from a Taste of Tech meeting was Nearpod. The next day, I incorporated the program into one of my lessons and my students had a blast! They were engaged the entire time and the program offers simple and frequent ways to track your students. I am very thankful for the Taste of Tech meetings since new technology for the classroom is always being created and these classes help me keep up with what's out there.
